TWA, Northwest, and America West included as these carriers merged with American Airlines, Delta, and US Airways respectively. Low cost carriers include: JetBlue Airways, Frontier Airlines, AirTran Airways, Spirit Airlines, and Southwest Airlines. P5.2 data is used to for Q4 2010 fuel use data.
